The Highlands Ranch Veterans Monument is a place where our community can show its appreciation by recognizing those who have served in the United States Armed Forces. The Monument provides an opportunity for veterans, families, friends and colleagues to recognize anyone who served our country by purchasing a Dedication Tile that will be placed at the site. Since the tiles have a limited amount of space to recognize one’s military achievements, an optional Web-based biography of up to 200 words is offered for each veteran recognized at the Monument.
The Monument cost about $200,000 to build and was paid for entirely by private funding sources such as donations, grants, sponsorships and Dedication Tiles.
Tiles are available in two sizes: 4”x8”, which provides three lines for the veteran’s name, rank/rating, branch, years of service, and location served. An 8”x8” version, allowing up to five lines with more information about the veteran, is available in limited quantities. If you would like to recognize a veteran by presenting a keepsake to them, or other family members, additional Gift Tiles can be purchased.
How do I include a picture and biography for this website?
A photo and 200-word biography are included with the purchase of any dedication tile. The biography must be a Microsoft Word document of 200 words or less, and the photo must be a jpg, tif or bmp format. The online order form includes a field to upload this information or it can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.

To order a dedication tile, download and complete the application below. You can email the completed application to email@example.com or drop it off at the Metro District Office Building, 62 Plaza Dr., Highlands Ranch. Payment can be made with a credit card, in cash or with a check made payable to the Highlands Ranch Park and Recreation Foundation.
